So I tried adding January to the Dragon faction. I created a mod that changed their faction alignment to the Player, town guards, etc., and made them friendly.
But that still left the ones at the Word Walls and dragon burials. So I disabled the random ones from spawning. After finishing the main quest, I got a little tired of the constant dragons. I had some interesting escapades of late.
